To my Darling, Julie explores efforts toward self-connection through an intimate investigation of the human experience. This series uses imagery drawn directly from the artist’s family film archive, with photographs dating back to the 1920s. This collection embraces themes of comfort and nostalgia, inviting the viewer to discover a sense of familiarity within the lives of strangers.
